1. General

1.1. Raise Solutions provides security automation systems, IT solutions, customized software, and professional training with placement assistance.
1.2. By using our website, products, or services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
1.3. We reserve the right to update or revise these Terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Products & Solutions

2.1. Our offerings include, but are not limited to:

  • Security & Automation Systems – Tripods, Turnstiles, Metal Detectors, Baggage Scanners, Automatic Sliding Gates, CCTV, Biometric & Access Control Systems.

  • IT & Software Solutions – Payroll Management, Digital Payroll, Canteen Management Software, Gym Management Software, Firewalls & Network Security.

  • Training & Placement Programs – Cybersecurity, Networking, Programming, Data Science, Full Stack Development, Digital Marketing, and more.

2.2. Product specifications, features, and performance details are provided as per manufacturer or company documentation.
2.3. Installations are carried out as per the agreed project scope and may involve additional costs for site-specific requirements.

3. Warranty & Maintenance

3.1. Hardware products are covered under manufacturer warranty (if applicable).
3.2. Software solutions are covered under limited support & maintenance as per the license agreement.
3.3. Warranty becomes void in cases of misuse, unauthorized repairs, neglect, or third-party interference.
3.4. Customers may opt for Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) for extended support.

4. Training & Placements

4.1. Enrolling in any course requires registration and payment in advance.
4.2. Fees are non-refundable and non-transferable, except in cases of cancellation by Raise Solutions.
4.3. Certifications are awarded only upon successful completion of course requirements.
4.4. Placement assistance is provided, but Raise Solutions does not guarantee employment. Students must meet the eligibility criteria of hiring companies.

5. Payments & Refunds

5.1. All payments must be made through official channels (bank transfer, cheque, UPI, or company-approved payment gateways).
5.2. For product sales, installation services, and custom software, payments are due as per agreed quotation/contract terms.
5.3. Refunds are applicable only if:

  • The company cancels a project/training, or

  • Services are not initiated after full payment, subject to management approval.
    5.4. Custom-made products, special orders, activated software licenses, and installed solutions are non-refundable.

6. Use of Website & Digital Content

6.1. All materials, content, graphics, and product details on this website are the intellectual property of Raise Solutions.
6.2. Unauthorized copying, redistribution, or commercial use is prohibited without written consent.
6.3. Users must not engage in activities that disrupt or compromise website functionality.

7. Privacy & Data Protection

7.1. We collect customer data for service delivery, support, and placement-related activities.
7.2. Personal and business information will not be sold or misused but may be shared with trusted partners where necessary.
7.3. We use reasonable security measures to protect data but do not guarantee complete protection against cyber threats.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1. Raise Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use, service delays, or software performance.
8.2. System downtime, third-party software failures, or external factors (power failure, internet issues, etc.) are beyond our control.
8.3. Customers are responsible for proper usage, routine maintenance, and compliance with regulations.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

9.1. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
9.2. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh.
